Westover Property Management Company Lp is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support our Delaware property locations. This role will float between properties as needed, handling routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to keep units and common areas in good condition.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on trade skills, be reliable, and able to work flexible hours including on-call shifts. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
