Westover Companies in Wayne, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the apartment community by performing routine and preventative maintenance, turnovers, and service requests. You will work with leasing and maintenance staff to keep units and common areas safe and comfortable while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate can diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, use hand and power tools safely, lift heavy items, and be available for on-call shifts.

Competenze

• Experience with routine maintenance and service requests.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• On-call schedule flexibility.

He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
