Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold top-tier customer service and curb appeal across the assigned property.

The role requires at least one year in property management or related field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong maintenance and carpentry skills. A valid driver’s license is required, with on-site work and routine on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor or property manager.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and curb appeal.
• Perform maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
