LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Service Supervisor to support multiple properties within a region. You will travel between sites, supervise and develop maintenance staff, and ensure adherence to policy and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with the ability to coordinate contractors when needed. The position involves regional travel up to 90% and may require coordinating outcomes with property

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 5–7 years in commercial or multi-unit maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating regional teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to supervise maintenance across properties.
• Train and coach maintenance staff; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Coordinate repairs, inspect equipment, and ensure bid processes with vendors.
• Manage safety, policies, and standards across the region.
