It involves training maintenance associates and may require up to 90% travel outside the market to meet business needs. The position emphasizes leadership, adherence to maintenance policy, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance supervisors or teams; English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Deploys within the region to multiple properties and supervises maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC systems; diagnoses and replaces parts.
• Performs or assigns carpentry tasks such as doors, jambs, moldings, and painting.
• Performs or assigns electrical duties including lighting, wiring, and circuits; tests systems.
• Performs or assigns plumbing duties including unclogging sinks and repairing fixtures.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors; solicits bids and negotiates services.
• Participates in regional talent processes, including interviewing and performance management.
