Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Floating Maintenance Service Supervisor for a regional market. You will coordinate maintenance across multiple properties, train staff, and ensure policy adherence, traveling up to 90% to support the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in commercial or multi‑unit property maintenance, supervising at least a small team.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally and adapt to varying property needs.
• Proven ability to train and develop maintenance staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff across the region.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general systems.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; manage bids and service contracts.
• Lead training initiatives and performance reviews for regionally assigned teams.
