Brookfield Properties is seeking a Floating Maintenance Service Supervisor to support maintenance across multiple residential properties in the Charlotte region. You will travel within the region, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure adherence to policies while training staff and coordinating with vendors. The role requires 5–7 years in maintenance, plus 3–4 years in a supervisory capacity.

HVAC and a valid driver’s license are preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit maintenance.
• 3–4 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or leader.
• HVAC certification or license preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Deploys within the region to multiple properties and supervises maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Performs/assigns carpentry duties such as doors, jambs, moldings, and painting.
• Performs/assigns electrical duties including lighting, wiring, switches, and ballasts.
• Performs/assigns plumbing duties including unclogging sinks/toilets and pipe repair.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors, creates specs, and secures bids per bid process.
• Participates in candidate selection and performance management for maintenance staff.
