Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties across the designated market. The role involves routine interior and exterior maintenance, HVAC and electrical tasks, and timely responses to resident requests.

You will travel between communities, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC/EPA/CPO certs may be required by communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Always show respect for residents and community staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
