Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage requests across assigned properties. The role requires strong carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills, with a focus on resident safety and property upkeep.

You will mentor the maintenance team, monitor budgets, conduct inspections, and coordinate with property leadership to ensure timely quality turns and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure adherence to Avenue5 policies and standards.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and grounds.
• Review service requests, monitor progress, and identify chronic issues.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the property.
• Manage on-call emergencies and coordinate with property leadership.
