Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide their own hand tools and be skilled in their safe use.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and interiors.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
