Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support Parc Fairview and Washington Square, two tax credit communities. This role requires flexibility to move between sites and a strong background in affordable housing compliance.

You will assist with leasing, resident services, and financial transactions while helping to maintain occupancy and revenue goals. The position offers full benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of tax credit/LIHTC experience.
• Experience managing two properties or multi-site.
• Familiarity with affordable housing compliance.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient with Entrata or similar PM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations at Parc Fairview and Washington Square.
• Assist with leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins, and resident retention.
• Help meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process resident accounts and financial transactions.
• Ensure tax credit compliance and FAIR HOUSING adherence.
• Maintain accurate resident files and reporting.
• Support marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns.
