Ability to assist in orientation, training and scheduling of staff.

Responsibilities

Report, maintain and submit administrative forms and reports; post rent and perform bookkeeping as needed.
Assist Community Manager with leasing staff orientation, training and scheduling.
Inspect model, office and vacant units to ensure marketability and organized on-site files.
Monitor curb appeal and stay informed about competitor pricing and policies.
Lease to qualified prospects and support lease renewals with follow-up.
Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Apply leasing techniques and stay informed of current rental rates and amenities.
