Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Floating Community Manager for Metro DC to supervise and optimize the financial and operational performance of a residential community. Travel between Maryland, DC, and Virginia is required, and LIHTC/HUD experience is essential.

You will lead office and maintenance teams, manage leasing, collections, resident services, and capital improvements while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Salary range: $60,736–$101,212 per year.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/HUD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong supervisory and leasing experience
• Ability to travel between MD, DC, and VA
