RPM Living seeks a Floating Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing and resident relations at our properties. This on-site role handles showings, applications and lease signings while representing RPM in the community.

You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process credit checks and deposits, and collaborate with maintenance and property teams to deliver responsive service. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Experience with leasing software and lead management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in Lead Management Software; assist with applications and deposits.
• Keep an updated availability report; process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants on their status.
• Show apartments and close sale; prepare move-ins and obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests.
• Close the sale: make appointments, generate new leads, conduct tours, and follow up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the Marketing Plan.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and recognition.
