RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations at our on-site community. You will handle tours, process applications, credit checks and move-in paperwork while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, maintain availability reports, and collaborate with maintenance and the marketing team to drive occupancy and retention. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours and assist with applications.
• Qualify prospects and process deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Maintain availability reports and process applications with credit checks.
• Show apartments, sign leases, and provide move-in orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility.
• Address resident concerns promptly to boost satisfaction.
• Close sales: arrange appointments, conduct tours, prepare leases and paperwork.
• Collaborate with maintenance to handle service requests.
• Attend meetings and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Uphold company standards and brand image.
