Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in the Walnut Creek area to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals across multiple properties. You will engage with prospective residents, qualify leads, schedule tours, and prepare lease documentation to drive occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of residential leasing or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
