Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to support North end properties near Seattle, WA, with a floating assignment between Everett and Lynnwood. The role focuses on leasing and renewals to hit occupancy and revenue targets, combining sales and customer service across multiple properties.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a 9-day-week schedule Tuesday–Saturday, and competitive pay of $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Tour and lease apartment homes and guide applicants through the process.
• Explain leasing documents, policies, and move-in procedures to residents.
• Administer lease agreements, renewals, and sensitive screening processes.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure readiness.
• Update resident management software with rents, leases, and dates.
• Document traffic and maintain filing per policy.
• Support tax credit compliance for move-ins and re-certifications.
• Assist marketing and community events, social media, and pricing efforts.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate maintenance needs.
