SRG Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support properties across the PNW, with Lakemont Orchard as home base. You will tour model apartments, discuss layouts, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.

This role requires strong customer-service skills, ability to qualify applicants, and a focus on delivering an exceptional living experience. Eligible for benefits and 401K; travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
• Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit and application fee.
• Promotes positive, proactive resident relations to ensure high-quality living experiences.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, facilities, and lease terms.
• Verifies applications, lease documents and related paperwork; updates records as necessary.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees; introduces residents to procedures.
• Contributes to high-quality, positive resident relations and experiences.
