Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate to cover two Seattle-area communities, Ballinger Court and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments. You’ll blend sales, service, and marketing to lease units and deliver outstanding resident experiences across Edmonds and Lynwood locations.

The role is temporary, full-time, approximately three to six months, with assignments shifting between Ballinger Court (Edmonds) and Alderwood Court (Lynwood).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents. Showcase community features and close leases. Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.
• Manage lease files and system updates. Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Update social media and execute marketing tasks. Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.
