Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Effective presenter and communicator; able to work well on a team.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss layouts and lease terms.
• Qualify applicants and verify documents.
• Process lease forms and deposits.
• Introduce residents to apartment procedures and promote positive relations.
