Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals across multiple California properties. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records and timely communications.

Previous leasing experience and strong customer service are preferred. The role involves scheduling flexibility, with a Monday–Friday pattern and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
