• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment showings, leases, move-ins and move-outs.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Ensure renewals paperwork is processed and documentation delivered on a monthly basis.
• Assist with property tours and ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
