Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals across multiple California locations, including Santa Rosa. You will interact with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in residential leasing or sales, strong customer service, and familiarity with leasing documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
