Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation, complete move-in paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and ensure timely move-in processes.
