Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional for Parc Roundtree Ranch in Peoria, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, and lease signings.

You will support move-ins, renewals, and resident satisfaction through proactive communication. The position requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart use, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in an onsite property

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Maintain leasing data and track traffic using onsite software.
