Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Post Falls, ID to coordinate rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

You will maintain model apartment readiness, process renewals, and keep detailed traffic records. A strong focus on customer service and follow-through is required for success in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered to current residents on a monthly basis.
• Maintains accurate and detailed records of traffic activity.
