Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities across the Active Adult platform. You will handle leasing, marketing, events, and renewals to hit occupancy and revenue goals, while delivering an exceptional resident experience from tour to long-term residency.

You’ll collaborate with teams, adapt to each property’s culture, and drive traffic through marketing plans and events, ensuring a high-quality show and smooth move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to assist decisions.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Support lease renewals and maintain customer relationships across communities.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
