Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure show units meet quality standards.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
