Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process while supporting renewals to maintain occupancy and revenue.

The role emphasizes collaboration with maintenance and on-site teams, responsiveness to resident needs, and adherence to company policies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and drive revenue.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on resident satisfaction and renewals.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Schedule move-ins, ensure apartments are ready, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
