Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic math for rent calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing duties including tours and calls.
• Respond to resident inquiries and process applications.
• Coordinate with property staff and management.
• Participate in leasing trainings and meetings.
