Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager in Phoenix to orchestrate the community’s leasing, marketing and sales activities. You will lead the leasing team, set pricing and concessions, and monitor day-to-day leasing performance to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

You will develop advertising strategies, coordinate with on-site teams, and manage lease documentation, renewals, and resident relations while ensuring property standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
