Bell Partners is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant to travel between multiple properties within a designated market. You will lease apartments, respond to resident needs, and manage renewals while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in multi-family leasing or B2B sales, strong marketing and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager. A dynamic, customer-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or B2B sales.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties, products and services per budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Monitor leasing traffic entries and traffic trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition; conduct outside marketing activities.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease, including credit and income verifications; complete lease packets and documentation.
• Ensure leased apartments are move-in ready with final inspections.
• Follow up with residents to coordinate renewals and provide great service.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
