Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a dependable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community. The role requires proactive, professional conduct and a strong sense of urgency.

The position involves cleaning public areas, assisting with make-readies, and supporting maintenance tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varied weather, and read/write in English. Full-time schedule, with rotating weekends/overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• If not fluent, demonstrate understanding of instructions via observation or supervisor verification.
• Experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public and common areas in clean, neat, attractive condition.
• Clean pool area daily and perform minor irrigation and furniture alignment.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and trash/dumpster areas.
• Deliver notices and assist maintenance staff; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to service requests promptly and safely.
