The ideal candidate will be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in diverse weather, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and assist with make-ready of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings; deliver notices and interact professionally with residents.
