Responsibilities include managing leasing, renewals, and collections, mentoring the onsite team, and collaborating on value-add initiatives to improve occupancy and property performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
