Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Floating Community Manager for a 288-unit value-add community in Nashville, TN. You will provide hands-on leadership to drive resident satisfaction, collections strength, and overall property performance.

You will oversee leasing, renewals, and on-site team development while partnering on renovations, marketing, and retention programs to improve occupancy and NOI. This role offers growth within a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Oversee daily operations of the community to balance resident satisfaction and financial performance.
