Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Radbourne Lake in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, manage leasing, renewals, and collections, and lead the onsite team to deliver top-tier service.

You will partner with leadership on value-add initiatives, stay on budget, use Yardi, and improve occupancy while building strong relations with residents. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
