Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking a Floating Operations Associate to support multiple campuses across Colorado. You will help with attendance, enrollment, family communication, front office operations, scheduling, and campus logistics while traveling between campuses as needed.

The role emphasizes keeping systems organized, protecting data, and supporting a welcoming, student-centered environment across Rocky Mountain Prep campuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish (required).
• Ability to travel between campuses regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support attendance and enrollment data in Infinite Campus; track data and engage families.
• Handle front office communications, newsletters, and family letters.
• Maintain student data systems and provide Tier 1 tech support.
• Assist with master scheduling and student scheduling changes in Infinite Campus.
