Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep in Colorado is seeking a full-time Office Manager to lead welcoming, organized front office systems and support student achievement.

You will own attendance, enrollment, and persistence systems, manage student information, coordinate enrollment and events, and ensure data accuracy and compliance while upholding RMP’s PEAK values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead front office systems to ensure families, students, and visitors experience welcoming, responsive service.
  • Own attendance, enrollment, and persistence systems to drive strong ADA and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate student enrollment processes, recruitment support, and October Count readiness.
  • Own student information accuracy in Infinite Campus, including records, scheduling, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and manage student schedules in partnership with school leadership and central teams.
  • Lead family communication systems, including phone coverage, messaging, and written communications.
  • Support planning and execution of school events, assessments, and operational logistics.

This job requires fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.Location: This school-based position is 100% in-person at one of our Rocky Mountain Prep campuses.
