Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking an Office Manager in Denver to lead front office operations and student/ family communications. You will manage attendance, enrollment, and student information in Infinite Campus, coordinating with leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced school operations while upholding RMP’s equity-focused mission.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead logistics, solve problems, and manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates sound judgment and responsibility when managing resources and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front office systems to ensure families, students, and visitors experience welcoming, responsive service
  • Own attendance, enrollment, and persistence systems to drive strong Average Daily Attendance, full enrollment targets, and responsive family communication
  • Ensure accurate student information, scheduling, and network compliance processes, including serving as a trained nurse delegate as needed
  • Coordinate student enrollment processes, recruitment support, and October Count readiness
  • Own student information accuracy in Infinite Campus, including records, scheduling, and reporting requirements
  • Develop and manage student schedules in partnership with school leadership and central teams
  • Lead family communication systems, including phone coverage, messaging, and written communications
  • Support planning and execution of school events, assessments, and operational logistics
  • Set clear front office procedures and hold staff accountable to consistent implementation
  • Protect confidentiality and ensure compliance with district, state, and network requirements

Office Managers at Rocky Mountain Prep will…

They create safe, welcoming, and highly organized environments by maintaining clear routines, responsive communication, and accurate data systems that strengthen family trust and student experience. Operations team members collaborate closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to implement campus priorities and solve problems that impact learning. They steward resources responsibly, contribute to schoolwide initiatives, and model RMP’s PEAK values while remaining flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 to $89,000, based on experience and qualifications.
