Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Unit Chef to join our team as a floating chef at WVU Morgantown. In this part‑time, onsite role you will supervise and participate in meal preparation across locations as assigned, ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising culinary operations, menu development based on trends and nutrition, coordinating with district managers, and directing kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily dining service.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
