Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead our campus dining team at Wheeling University. You will oversee culinary operations, ensuring high-quality, healthy meals for students, faculty and guests in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes recipe standardization, cost control, and collaboration with campus partners to plan special events and dynamic dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
