Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float to travel between Farmington and other branches, delivering high quality financial services and resolving customer concerns with prompt, professional care.

The role emphasizes client management and retention, introductions to Mortgage and Business Banking partners, and increasingly strategic lending conversations with clients. Candidates should have 4–5 years of customer service in financial services and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs more moderately complex special projects and ensures regulatory compliance.
