Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I-Float who travels between branches to deliver high-quality financial services. You will greet customers, open accounts, process transactions, and support team goals with timely, accurate service and friendly guidance.

You will actively engage clients, seek opportunities to introduce them to the right specialists, and uphold regulatory standards while maintaining excellent operational controls across locations.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Education level required: high school or equivalent.
• Ability to travel between branches if needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions/ problems and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Delivertimely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
