Qualifikationen

• Education: High School diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others in products and procedures.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies preferred.

• Sales Performance: Support growth targets and deliver right client introductions to achieve sales initiatives.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience, resolve questions and complaints, and meet needs promptly.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly with focus on reducing losses.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform moderately complex projects and complete compliance trainings.
