Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Identify referral opportunities and promote Bank products and services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through daily interactions and service excellence.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions in compliance with bank procedures.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Promote cross-sell opportunities to internal and external partners as applicable.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet banking center goals and provide CSR support.
