Job summary

WesBanco's Frankfort Banking Center is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who will work 100% in office to support daily banking needs, open deposit accounts, and promote WesBanco products. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and proactive referrals to internal partners.

Expect outbound outreach to onboard new customers and grow Retail banking relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cash handling, sales, or customer service, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Banking Experience Preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Opens new deposit accounts and operates a cash drawer following balancing procedures.
• Promotes bank products and services and makes referrals to partners.
• Builds relationships with customers and prospective customers to meet banking needs.
• Performs customer service transactions and processes financial service requests accurately.
• Initiates outbound calls focused on onboarding, prospecting, and promoting Retail banking relationships.
