WesBanco, Inc. in Frankfort, KY, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor 1 for our Frankfort Main Banking Center.

This 100% in-office role supports customer service and sales activities, handling deposits and transactions and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of banking experience; 3 years in cash handling, sales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Open new deposit accounts and operating a cash drawer while following balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting and cross-selling to Retail customers.
• Maintain security controls and comply with Bank policies and procedures.
