Qualifications

• Experience in a busy medical clinic or business preferred.
• Competency with EMR software such as Counsel Ear.
• Willingness to enroll in AuD Tech distance program.

Responsibilities

• Open/close clinic each day and manage patient flows.
• Set up exam rooms and room patients for audiology tests.
• Handle scheduling and tele-audiology prep; assist with orders/repairs.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer calls, follow up on paperwork, and educate patients.
• Support remote Treatment Coordinator and Tele-Health activities.
• Assist in device ordering, returns/exchanges, and deliveries.
• Travel between Gulfport and Biloxi offices for coverage.
• Prepare reports and participate in staff meetings.
