Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate or similar preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a busy medical clinic or business environment.
• Audiology clinic experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Back-up to open/close clinic and ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with PCC to manage scheduling and patient flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative processes.
• Manage clinic supply inventory and prepare routine reports.
• Attend daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and clinic policies.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake.
• Support remote audiologist with telehealth and Earlens procedures.
• Provide Earlens orientation and device care guidance.
• Coordinate with ENT groups for Earlens-related follow-ups.
• Send PCP reports daily or hand-deliver physician reports.
